Rally Eyewear Price Guarantee
If you find a lower price, we will beat it by 10% - period.
Rally shops the competition online and offline on a daily basis. Our price is adjusted daily to beat all "apples-to-apples" pricing. If the competition is offering exactly what we're offering, our price will be lower.
Pricing - especially online - can be tricky, so here is some information that will be handy when comparing prices. Your purchase price is much more than the listed selling price of the physical product - it is made up of several factors that you - and we - need to check into. To ensure a fair and accurate "apples-to-apples" comparison, the price must be verifiable, available to the general public, from authorized dealers only, in-stock, identical part number, shipping, handling, taxes, promotions and all other additional fees must be compared. Opened, demos, discontinued, out-of-stock, going out of business, club/member pricing and limited quantity sale items are not apples-to-apples and do not apply to this guarantee.
Bottom-Line: If the price is fair and equal - you'll get the guarantee. If we can verify the store and product has "apples-to-apples" authenticity, integrity, and availability equal to Rally, and the bottom-line price (product price AFTER any promotions + shipping + handling + tax) is lower, we will beat the price by 10%.
Rally Exchanges And Returns
This section addresses non-defective product exchanges and returns. For handling of defective product, please see "Manufacturers Warranties" below.
Product can be returned or exchanged within the first 14 days after the product is delivered to your door.  The key with eyewear is that returned/exchanged product cannot be scratched - even light cleaning scratches - so please try on your eyewear immediately for correct fit even before cleaning itProducts that have been damaged, neglected, misused or abused are not returnable. The first day of the exchange/return period is the delivery date on the shipper's tracking. Exchange/Return packages must be post-marked 14 days from the delivery date.
Returns: Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  We recommend using USPS Standard US Mail which usually is under $4 for most returns.  Although we advertise original shipping & handling as "free", it is an actual cost - Rally will assess and deduct $3.95 from the refund to cover the original shipping when an order is returned.
Exchanges: Similar to returns, customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product back to Rally for exchange - again, we recommend USPS Standard US Mail which usually is less than $4.  Rally WILL pick-up the cost of shipping you the new, exchanged product as a customer service. 
Return/Exchange Procedure: The process to return or exchange is easy! Simply go to your Rally online account to fill out a "RMA" request form. This information will give Rally the information needed to assess the return or exchange request, approve it, track it and send you information on how to complete the return or exchange.
Restocking Fees: Exchanges do not incur any restocking fees if completed within our 14-Day Return Policy and the product is in like-new condition with complete packaging. Returns for refund will incur a modest 15%-25% restocking fee (based on price of product(s)) to cover processing costs and furthermore to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. Also note, $3.95 is assessed and deducted from return refunds to cover original shipping & handling.
Manufacturer Warranties
The majority of our eyewear comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturers' defects and breakage under NORMAL use (see below).  Note however, each manufacturer may have a different warranty period.  The first step of the warranty process is to be honest with yourself and Rally and determine if the product failed from a manufacturer defect under normal use.  If you know there was mis-use/abuse involved, we recommend not investing in the return shipping costs because the warranty claim will be rejected.  If it is determined that the failure occured under normal use and/or was due to a manufacturer defect, then step two is to log into your online account and fill out a RMA request.
Rally Eyewear is a fully authorized dealer of the products we offer to our customers which means your Manufacturers' Warranty is valid and effective when purchasing from us. Warranty is provided, administered, and executed by the manufacturer of the product. Rally is happy to assist our customers in warranty situations; however the manufacturer holds all final authority in warranty claims. Although Rally will assist customers with warranty issues, your exclusive remedy is with the manufacturer and Rally makes no warranty express or implied and disclaims any liability for implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. NOTE: MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES EXPLICITY AND EXCLUSIVELY COVER MANUFACTURERS' DEFECTS in materials and construction UNDER NORMAL USE AND DO NOT COVER DAMAGE from misuse, abuse, acts of God, or by accidental causes.  It is very rare for eyewear to break under normal use.  Note, lens scratching is not a warrantable issue.  Lenses and frames breaking with no sign of misuse or abuse is extremely rare but normally covered by warranty.  Customer is responsible for shipping the product to Rally for warranty assessment - we recommend using USPS Standard US Mail which usually is under $4 for most returns.  If deemed a true manufacture defect or breakage under normal use, Rally will send a replacement and cover the return shipping costs.  Simply fill out a RMA request form in your online Rally account.
Shipping & Handling Information
Rally ships via USPS and most in-stock orders are pulled, packed and shipped the same day of your order or within 24 hours. Rally typically ships 6 days a week - Monday through Saturday.  Saturday orders after 9am CST and Sunday orders are typically shipped on Mondays. Orders placed on holidays are usually shipped the following day. Rally only ships within the United States and its territories as well as U.S. military (APO/AFO) addresses.
